We do our best to take a human touch to solving problems instead of hiding behind policies.  We build our products to last, but if you experience any issues please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) at info@aestheticpracticesolutions.com. We will do everything we can to make your experience exceptional.  

Because our products are used in clinical settings we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective upon receipt.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.
